1. Creating a New Campaign: Click on "Create Campaign" to start a new text campaign. Begin by giving your campaign a name. Giving the campaign a name is mandatory so you can search for the campaign later using the name.

2. Immediate or Scheduled Sending: Choose whether to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later time. If scheduling, select the desired time for delivery.

3. Message Composition: Craft your message and enrich it with attachments like documents, videos, images, or PDFs. You can also use templates to streamline your messaging process.

4. Personalization: Enhance engagement by personalizing each message with dynamic content, such as the recipient's first name, which is automatically pulled from your contact list.

5. Follow-Up Messages (Sequences): 

Follow-up messages, also known as Sequences, allow you to automate follow-up messages seamlessly.

Here's how it works:

  • Accessing Sequences: Navigate to Text Campaigns and click on "Create Campaign."

  • Setting Up Sequences: After naming your campaign, such as "Testing Sequences," compose your initial message. Specify if you want to stop subsequent messages once a response is received by checking the box beside "Stop followup messages on response".

  • Adding Follow-Up Messages: Incorporate follow-up messages to nurture engagement over time. Schedule these messages for optimal timing, ensuring continued interaction with your audience.

  • Managing Sequences: Easily add or delete messages within the sequence to adjust your campaign strategy as needed.

With the above option, the first step in the campaign is completed as the body of the campaign message is created. You can save the progress as a draft and visit the campaign later to complete creating the campaign or click on next to go to the second step of the campaign.
