To run an automated campaign select ‘Automation’ from the top panel. 


On clicking, you will be able to see a list of automations you can select from.

These automations include:


  1. Quote
  2. Quote type campaign
  3. Cancel
  4. No Shows
  5. ASAP List
  6. Recall
  7. Reviews
  8. Reminders/Confirmations




All of these automations have the same basic layout. After selecting any one of these you will find the following : 


  1. 3 boxes for automating 3 mails/texts. 
  2. If you wish to send the first mail toggle on the button on the top right of the first box. 
  3. You will see that each of these boxes contains the sections: Text, Text template, Email, and Email Template. 
  4. You can toggle on ‘text’ if you wish to send a text message. 
  5. One ‘text’ is toggled on, you need to select a text template. From the drop-down select a template of your choice. You can also preview the template by clicking on ‘preview’. 
  6. Similarly, if you wish to send an email, you can toggle on ‘Email’ and choose an email template. 
  7. Repeat for the following 2 boxes if you wish to send follow-up emails. 
  8. Once done, click on ‘save’.


With recalls, you will also have to set the interval at which you wish to send the message.
