To run an automated campaign select ‘Automation’ from the top panel.
On clicking, you will be able to see a list of automations you can select from.
These automations include:
- Quote
- Quote type campaign
- Cancel
- No Shows
- ASAP List
- Recall
- Reviews
- Reminders/Confirmations
All of these automations have the same basic layout. After selecting any one of these you will find the following :
- 3 boxes for automating 3 mails/texts.
- If you wish to send the first mail toggle on the button on the top right of the first box.
- You will see that each of these boxes contains the sections: Text, Text template, Email, and Email Template.
- You can toggle on ‘text’ if you wish to send a text message.
- One ‘text’ is toggled on, you need to select a text template. From the drop-down select a template of your choice. You can also preview the template by clicking on ‘preview’.
- Similarly, if you wish to send an email, you can toggle on ‘Email’ and choose an email template.
- Repeat for the following 2 boxes if you wish to send follow-up emails.
- Once done, click on ‘save’.
With recalls, you will also have to set the interval at which you wish to send the message.
