The Voicemails section is divided into two sections: Phone System and Missed Call System.
- Under Phone Systems, you can find recordings of the call received by your customers. The recordings are listed along with the following details: Time of the received call, Phone number of the received call, First Name, Last Name, and the recording.
- Missed Call System contains the Voicemail recordings left by customers when they were not able to get through to you. These can be found corresponding to the following: Phone Number, Date and Time, First Name, and Last Name.
On the Missed Call System page you can also search for a particular recording through the corresponding Phone number, First Name, or Last Name.
