We understand that multiple notifications are cluttering your email. Let us help you how you choose to receive notifications for certain type of events in Emitrr. You can always manage notifications and choose what you would like to be notified about.

To achieve this behavior, please go to settings (On left side panel) > Under General settings > Manage team. Here, on your name to the left corner, you will find three vertical dots. Please click on them, You will be able to see an option called "Manage Notifications". 



Here, you will be able to choose the events which you would want to be notified about. For example, if we check the boxes of email notifications and desktop notifications for any new conversation that is coming to Emitrr, we will receive a notification on desktop as well as email mentioning that a new conversation is started.

Similarly, if the email notification and desktop notification are unchecked for New conversation, it won't send any notifications. Please refer the screenshot attached below.

Hence, please make changes according to your choice. Please remember, once we done with checking and unchecking the desired notifications, we need to save the changes in order for them to take effect. As soon as the changes are saved, you will no longer receive the notifications of the events for which the notifications are unchecked.
