Upon receiving an incoming message and having the user look at the conversation, we frequently want to respond later or allow another team member to answer. You can mark conversations as unread in such an instance.


In Emitrr, you can mark a chat as unread in three different methods. Below is a list of them. Please check.


1. To see the option, click on the dropdown while the cursor is over the chat. You can choose Mark as Unread Option by clicking the conversation's dropdown menu. Check out the screenshot that's below.






2. Please click the three vertical dots option in the upper right corner of the conversation window and choose Mark as unread. 





3. Selecting multiple conversations allows you to mark them as unread. Attached is a screenshot for reference below.
