1. Assign

  • Assigning Conversations: Click on Assign to assign the conversation to a specific team member or team. You can select from a list of available teams and team members.

2. CRM Details

  • Integration Details: If your account is integrated with an EHR or CRM system, relevant details for this contact will be displayed here. This includes any integrated data that enhances context and management.

3. Contact Details

  • Basic Information: View essential contact details such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any custom properties associated with this contact. You can make edits to the properties from here.

4. Tags

  • Adding Tags: Add tags to categorize and label conversations for easier organization. Existing tags associated with this contact are also displayed under the Open Tags section.

5. Open Tasks

  • Task Management: View and manage tasks associated with this contact. You can create new tasks and assign them to specific team members directly from this section.

6. Form Details

  • Form Interaction: See all forms that have been shared with this contact. The status of each form (viewed or completed) is also displayed here, providing insights into the interaction with forms.

7. Notes

  • Adding Notes: Add notes to the conversation directly from the Contact Profile. This helps in documenting important details and interactions without leaving the profile view.

8. Activity Log

  • Log of Actions: The Activity Log captures all actions related to the conversation. This includes incoming messages, conversation assignments, closures, reopenings, and more. It provides a chronological view of the conversation's history. For webchat form submission the list of the last 5 visited pages captured by the end user is also captured in the Activity log.

9. Files

  • File Management: Access all files exchanged within the conversation. This includes attachments and documents shared between you and the contact.
