Overview: Emitrr's Timeline Activity Sync feature allows you to sync incoming and outgoing messages with the HubSpot timeline for contacts. This integration ensures that all communication activities are visible within HubSpot, helping you maintain a comprehensive view of your interactions.

How to Enable Timeline Activity Sync:

  1. Log in to Emitrr:

    • Access your Emitrr account.

  2. Navigate to HubSpot Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Integration > HubSpot Settings.

  3. Sync Timeline Events:

    • Find the Sync Timeline Events setting.

    • This feature is turned off by default. Toggle the setting to On to enable it.



  4. Verify SMS Field in HubSpot:

    • In HubSpot, go to the contact’s activity filter.

    • Check the Emitrr SMS field to ensure it is included for all users.






  5. Additional Configuration (if applicable):

    • Review and adjust any additional settings or filters as needed to ensure proper synchronization.
