We’re excited to introduce the Scheduling feature on Emitrr, designed to make appointment booking seamless and efficient for both businesses and their customers. With this feature, you can generate a Booking Link that can be shared with end users, allowing them to schedule calls at their convenience.

Once a call is scheduled, it automatically appears in the Scheduling Calendar on Emitrr, where you can easily track and manage all your appointments. This feature helps businesses streamline their scheduling process, reduce manual coordination, and enhance customer experience.


Key Actions in the Scheduling Feature

How to create an Appointment

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.

2. Click on the Create button at the top left.
3. Select Appointment.
4. Choose the Location, Service, and search for the Provider you are scheduling for.
5. Select the Date and Time from the calendar.
6. Enter the Booking Information and click on Book.


Once the appointment is booked, a confirmation text/email will be sent to the end user.



How to create a Service

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click on the Create button at the top left.
3. Select Service.
4. On the right-hand sidebar, enter the Service Name, Description, and Type of Service.
5. Set the Duration for the service.
6. Select the Provider(s) who will be offering this service.
7. Choose the Appointment Color that will appear on the calendar.
8. Click Create.



How to create a Provider (Associate)

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click on the Create button at the top left.
3. Select Provider.
4. Enter the Provider’s Name.
5. Set the Provider's Availability.
6. Adjust the Scheduling Window and Appointment Settings.
7. Upload a Profile Picture.
8. Click Create.



How to add a Time block for a Provider

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click Create from the top left.
3. Select Time Block.
4. Choose the Time Range you want to block using the dropdowns.
5. Select the Date for the Time Block.
6. Choose the Provider for whom you want to add this time block.
7. Add a Note (optional).
8. Click on Block.



How to Customize your Booking page

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Scroll down and select Booking Page.
3. On the right-hand side, enter your Brand Name, Color, and upload your Preferred Logo.
4. Under Preview Booking Page, choose:
- All Appointment Schedules (to offer all services under one Booking Page link).
- A Single Booking Page (to select a specific service to offer).

5. Click on Copy Link to get the Booking Page Link, which can be shared with end users.




How to embed the Emitrr Scheduling Button on your Website

1. Navigate to Scheduling from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Scroll down and select Booking Page.
3. On the right-hand side, scroll down and click on Embed Booking Page.
4. Select the Type of Booking Page you want to embed.
5. Click Copy Code from the bottom.


Paste the copied code into the HTML of your website to integrate the Emitrr Scheduling Button.
