Businesses should maintain an easily accessible Privacy Policy page that clearly outlines how user data is handled.
- This must be a separate webpage with a dedicated link.
- We are attaching a privacy policy template with carrier-approved language that can be used as-is or modified.

2. Terms and Conditions Page
Businesses should have a Terms of Service page, detailing:
- The types of messages being sent.
- Message frequency.

If you collect phone numbers from your website, you can add the following verbiage under your Contact us form and use it as a method for collecting Opt-ins.
