Creating a Review page allows your business to collect valuable customer feedback and direct satisfied customers to your preferred review sites. Follow the steps below to easily set up your Review page.


Steps to create a Review page

  1. Go to Settings from the left-hand side bar of your dashboard. 

  2. Scroll down to Reputation Management. 

  3. Click on Review Page


Customize your Review page

On this page, you’ll see the following options to personalize your Review page:



Upload Logo

  • Click on Upload Logo to add your business logo. This will be displayed on your review page, helping reinforce your brand identity.

Greeting Text

  • This is the first message your customers will see when they land on the review page.

  • Example: “Hello! Thank you for choosing us. Could you take 30 seconds to leave us a review using the following link?”

Positive Text

  • This message is displayed when a customer submits a positive review.

  • Example: “Glad we could serve you well. Help us by rating!”

Negative Text

  • This message is shown if a customer indicates their experience was below expectations.

  • Example: “Sorry for the inconvenience, rate us and let us know what went wrong.”


Connect your review sites

After customising your text and logo:

  1. Click on Browse Other Review Sites.

  2. From there, you can add and connect sites (like Google, Yelp, or other platforms) where you want customers to leave reviews.



Once you’ve customized your content and connected your review sites, your Review page is ready to go. Customers will now have a seamless way to share their experiences with you and the wider community.
