Once your Review page is set up, the next step is to actively collect feedback by sending review requests to your customers. This helps you improve your reputation and build trust with potential clients.

Steps to send a review request

1️⃣ Click on Send button on the top right corner of your dashboard.

2️⃣ Select Review request and this will open up the review request window.




3️⃣ Enter the Recipient’s Number

4️⃣ Customize Your Message (Optional)

  • When you select Review Request, the default review request template text is automatically added to the message box.

  • You can edit and personalize this message before sending it.

5️⃣ Click Send

  • Once everything looks good, click Send to deliver the review request to your customer.

What happens next?

✅ Your customer will receive a text message with a link to your Review page.
✅ They can then rate their experience and leave feedback directly through that page.
