Staying on top of your customer feedback across platforms is essential for maintaining credibility and trust. By integrating your Better Business Bureau (BBB) account with Emitrr, you can manage and respond to reviews directly from the Emitrr platform—saving time and improving customer satisfaction.
Steps to Connect Facebook to Emitrr:
1. Go to Settings from the left-hand side bar in your Emitrr dashboard.
2. Scroll down to Reputation Management and click on BBB Integration
3. Click on the Manage BBB Mapping button located at the top right of the page.
4. On the next page, please enter your BBB URL/Link, enter the Business name and Add BBB Location
Once connected, your BBB listing will show under the BBB Listing section as showing on the above screenshot.

Once you've connected your BBB account, you can go back to BBB Integration page and select the location using the drop down:
