The Business Hours setting in Emitrr allows you to define your organization’s working hours at the location level. Setting accurate business hours ensures that calls, messages, and automations are managed according to your availability.
To access your Business Hours settings, go to Settings from the left-hand sidebar >> select Business Hours under Business Settings. 
From the left-hand sidebar, choose the location you want to manage >> adjust the business hours as needed and click Save to apply your changes.
Keeping your Business Hours updated helps ensure that customers reach your team during working times and receive proper responses when your office is closed.
